      What is a constraint?

      Constraint can be used to specify the limit on the data type of table. Constraint can be specified while creating or altering the table statement. Sample of constraint are.
       
      NOT NULL.
      CHECK.
      DEFAULT.
      UNIQUE.
      PRIMARY KEY.
      FOREIGN KEY.
